Company History

Our History

2003

  • John Santaniello becomes President of Patriot Blueprinting Systems.
  • Mt Laurel, NJ facility opens. At the time, it is one of the largest facilities dedicated to wide-format in North America. 100% of resources and personnel are now dedicated to wide-format.

2004

  • Expansion into Maryland, DC, Virginia marketplaces. Helped by strong word-of-mouth, this expansion enables Patriot to triple its market share in the region just 24 months.
  • Patriot Ultra-Brite Engineering Bond is introduced marking an increase in quality and briteness, while enabling us to better control paper costs.

2005

  • Wholesale/Export Division established. Parts, supplies, and equipment are sold to customers as far away as India. Economies of scale enable us to bring even greater value to our customers.

2006

  • Additional location in Newark, NJ helps to solidify and expand our rapidly growing customer base in the Central/Northern, NJ markets. These markets had been looking for an alternative and the astonishing growth in that region is proof positive Patriot's approach is working.

2007

  • Malvern, PA provides us with a new base to support our many customers in Eastern and Central, PA. Our many long-time customers in the region now have even greater support.

2008

  • Growth compels us to move our headquarters to a 10,000 sf building in Cherry Hill, NJ. In addition to more warehouse space and loading docks, we now have the ability for upgraded internet and IT facilities. A new equipment refurbishment center opens along with an expanded parts department.
  • Patriot and Ricoh Americas establish an agreement for Patriot to market and provide service for the Savin brand of wide-format equipment. Savin offers products outside the range of KIP America and opens up a broader customer base.

2009

  • Amidst the credit crunch, Patriot has found alternative sources of finance for our customers. New partnerships with First-Lease, DeLage Landen, Susquehanna Bank, and Bear Capital Resource make it easier for our customers to obtain the financing for their equipment.
  • A new partnership with Canon helps Patriot bring the latest generation of industry leading Canon color plotter/printers to our customers. With the iPF 755 leading the way, Patriot's inkjet placements grow at an astonishing rate.
  • In an effort to provide the best, most comprehensive and personal service possible, the post of "Corporate Listener" is established. Their job is to visit our customers in person to gather feedback, provide administrative solutions, and seek out any issues customers may be having. Whether it is providing operator instruction for new hires, or helping you with a technical or administrative question, the "Corporate Listener" will help.

2010

  • The opening of our Reprographic Services Division is slated for January, 2010. We will now be able to provide Overflow Printing, Scanning, Color Output, and Small Format Reproduction to our customers. Existing Patriot customers will receive below market pricing on these services as a special thanks for your years of support.
